Who is the father of "Charles Taylor White"

Charles Taylor White was born to Alice White, but there is no father's name entered on his birth certificate. Possibly his middle name, Taylor, is a clue to his father's family name.

Marriage of Thomas Leedham and Emma Holden

While this couple are together as of the 1871 census on, they are single in the 1861 census and I have been unable to find any confirmation of when they actually married. I am pretty sure I have the right persons as I have eliminated the other possible individuals. Still I have not found any sign of marriage in BDM index or any parish records todate.
